So if the suffering comes from the mind, then what should we do?
Emperor Marcus Aurelius stated that the impediment to action, advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.
If suffering comes from the mind, then the antidote to suffering can also come from the mind itself. Its like how scientists creates antivenoms... They have to first figure out what type of venom is inflicting the injury… then they go from there and create the antivenom serum.
So what is the antidote to suffering? Two things...
