Billy London went to Hollywood to chase his dreams. In October of 1994, he left Rage nightclub and started walking home. He never made it. The next morning, a man sorting through dumpsters found a heavy bag. He opened it and found it contained a human head and human feet. The investigation revealed a sordid world of underground culture, LGBTQ hate crimes, and a white supremacist group. The case went cold and for decades, there were no answers. Then a documentary filmmaker named Rachel Mason started digging into the story and the leads she uncovered would lead to a complicated prison inmate already charged with multiple murders.

In 1994, Candace Candy Belt and Gloria Ross were found murdered inside the New Life Massage Parlor in Oak Grove, Kentucky. Very quickly, one suspect emerges but he is a local cop. Edward Carter not only frequented the illegal massage parlor regularly, he'd become so close with the owner, Tammy Papler, that she'd hired him to do maintenance. Edward Carter got a little to comfortable and soon, he and Tammy Papler had a falling out. She banned Edward Carter from the brothel. Then the murders occurred.
