Brian welcomes actor and comedian Jeremy Crittenden to the podcast as this week’s guest co-host. Brandon shares his non-coming out story and talks about the supportive environment in which he grew up, he gives the origin story of his three-year relationship with his boyfriend, talks about how he got into stand-up comedy, and gives a peek into his work as Head Writer on Canada’s Drag Race, his role on Heated Rivalry and more. Brandon also tells Brian and Jeremy what makes him good at expressing love for others, what it’s like to be an introverted stand-up and struggles with the question of whether he should move from Toronto to New York for many reasons, a significant one being the difference in how racism presents itself in Canada versus the US. Brandon then helps Brian and Jeremy respond to a Go Ask Your Dad question from a listener separating from his husband and struggling with their continued relationship and logistical entanglements.

Brian welcomes content creator Guy Woof back to Dads and Daddies after almost two years. Guy recounts his recent family trip to Thailand and talks about his next trip, when he will travel to Las Vegas to teach porn creators how to make safe-for-work videos for Instagram and TikTok. The two compare notes on how they share the details of their sex-positive lives with their parents. Guy gives Brian some advice about how to present himself on the apps. The Hookup of the Week finds a listener realizing the existence of his inner Daddy and letting him loose when hooking up with another Daddy. Guy gets competitive about whether he or Brian is the bigger Broadway show queen, and admits his aspiration to play Romeo in & Juliet on Broadway before it closes. He shares his recent dalliances with supposed straight men. He delves deep into what it is like to live as an Israeli in the US, the assumptions that are made about him, and the work he has to do to convince people that he does not support the war, Israel’s oppression of Palestine and all of the killing.
