• The Audacity of Starting: Risk, Marriage & Building a Business at 24
    Apr 28 2026

What if the riskiest thing you can do isn't starting something new but standing still?

At 24, my husband Avi and I launched a publishing company from a 600-square-foot illegal sublet in New York City.

We both had full-time jobs, zero publishing experience, and one idea I came home with after jury duty. We called it NataviGuides, competed with the biggest publishing houses in the world, and figured out everything — printing, distribution, sales — as we went.

In this conversation, Avi and I look back 25 years later at what that audacious, messy, wonderful adventure actually taught us.

About starting before you feel ready, building something hard inside a marriage, knowing when it's time to let go, and why the person you become by doing the hard thing matters more than any outcome.

If you've been sitting on an idea waiting for the right moment, the right plan, or enough experience, this episode is your reminder to stop waiting and start moving.

Your dare this week: What's one "unreasonable" idea you've been dismissing? Identify one step toward it and take it today.

  • Walk With Me: Scared and Excited — Your Inner Compass for Change
    Apr 21 2026

Fear isn't a stop sign. It's your brain doing exactly what it's designed to do.

And once you understand why it shows up every single time you're on the threshold of something new, you stop letting it run the show.

In this first Walk With Me episode — an unedited, unfiltered series recorded live on Nataly's morning walks — she gets into how your brain works as a prediction machine, why breaking a pattern triggers fear every single time, and how to give your brain something powerful enough to move toward instead of just away from the unknown.

The real signal you're looking for isn't fearlessness. It's the magic combination of scared and excited — and once you know how to use it as your inner compass, everything changes.

Your dare this week: tell yourself the truth about the one thing that keeps quietly pulling at you — the thing you've been dismissing because of fear or doubt. And if it's scary and excited? Take one tiny step toward it.

  • #53 Beginning a new chapter -- for you and for this podcast
    Oct 13 2025

Most change doesn’t come with a plan — it starts with a feeling that something needs to shift.

In this episode, I talk about how small steps create clarity and tell my favorite story about Steve Jobs and a calligraphy class that changed the course of his life and led to the founding of Apple.

I also give a sneak peek of what’s next for the podcast itself and how following my own whisper is leading to an exciting new evolution.

In this episode, I share a surprising yet powerful technique to help you make tough decisions with more clarity and confidence: checking in with your future self. Instead of getting stuck in overthinking or weighed down by your brain’s negativity bias, imagining yourself a year from now can shift your perspective and reveal the choice that truly aligns with your values and vision.

We’ll explore why your brain is wired to focus on fear and obstacles, how connecting to your future self helps you break free from that bias, and the simple question that can cut through confusion in the moment.

If you’re standing at a crossroads—whether in your career, creativity, or personal life—this episode will give you a practical tool to move forward with courage, clarity, and trust in your path.

  • #50 Personal Branding for Introverts - with Goldie Chan
    Sep 22 2025

In this energizing conversation, I sit down with Goldie Chan to explore how introverts can harness the power of personal branding without feeling like they have to “perform” as extroverts. We unpack some of the biggest misconceptions about introversion, why self-awareness is the cornerstone of an authentic brand, and how even the smallest stories you share can create meaningful connections.

Goldie shares insights from her upcoming book, Personal Branding for Introverts, and offers practical strategies for building a brand that feels true to who you are. Together, we talk about reframing self-promotion as service, the role of storytelling in shaping how others experience you, and how to embrace your unique narrative to strengthen both your personal and professional life.

If you’ve ever resisted the idea of “personal branding,” this episode will shift your perspective—and give you actionable ways to share your voice with confidence and authenticity.
