It’s spooky season, and what better way to get into it than sitting down with one of my good friends and collaborators, paranormal tour guide and Appalachian medium Adra Johnson. In this episode, we talk about some of the most haunted places in West Virginia, the stories behind them, and what it is like to experience these locations through the eyes of someone who lives this world every day.

Recovery is different for everyone, and while there is always a path that is possible, that path does not always look the same. Suekirk White has lived through that in one of the most public ways imaginable after being featured in The Wild and Wonderful Whites, a film cut down to 90 minutes from hundreds of hours of footage that changed their lives forever, and not in a good way.

Fright Nights WV is always a staple in October at our house, and this episode gets us fully into the Halloween spirit. Ashley Long and Big John Christian came to the studio to talk about what they have in store for 2026, what goes into building an experience like this, and why haunted attractions become part of people’s fall traditions year after year.
