Kathy Taylor has operated HerdWise Coaching for more than 10 years and understands the struggles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and proving only too well. She played small for far too long, hiding her insecurities in reading the latest how-to book, finding a "better" strategy or "trying really hard." Everything shifted for her when she started acknowledging her emotional needs, showing up fully as her real self, and taking intentional action. Kathy is certified as a Coach by the International Coach Federation. She's an NLP Master Practitioner, a lifelong learner, and is passionate about helping her clients find and experience the freedom they have in Christ.
