We all have dreams – want to get into a dream school, want to have a dream job, or want to make a difference in our community. Maybe we make plans, create schedules, set goals...then get flustered when things get challenging, we hit resistance, or things change.
Suddenly we feel we can’t do it and get stuck.
Karan Rao knows this feeling well.
Although his career has not been predictable nor linear, he has explored the role a vision plays in fuelling one’s goals
Karan has perfected the art of mindful goal setting. He knows that a lot of the time we give up because our plan was too vague, or our goals not clear. He understands that to keep our minds and hearts focused on a goal, we need not only a solid plan, but a clear vision that addresses the WHY helps guide your actions and keep you energized to succeed.
