  • Engage Missionally
    Oct 20 2026

We unpack what it means to live on mission in everyday life and why Jesus’ Great Commission is a privilege we cannot keep to ourselves. We tie disciple-making to the cross, the hope of eternity, and the promise that Christ goes with us as we take simple steps of faith.
    • urgency of sharing Jesus because eternity is real
    • “living on mission” as daily obedience not occasional travel
    • Matthew 28:18-20 as orders from Jesus with authority
    • why the cross proves God’s heart for souls
    • Revelation 7:9 as the end goal of global worship
    • discipleship as learning in Jesus’ yoke and letting him carry the load
    • outreach as offering bread to hungry people through simple gospel conversations
    • teaching others to observe Jesus’ commands through modeling and service
    • practical encouragement from Gian’s gym stories and follow-up impact
    • using small consistent steps to think bigger about reaching a city
Take one of these, take one of them, and this week get rid of it. Go talk to someone and get rid of it, and then share what happened within your group.

  • Live Authentically
    Oct 6 2026

You can’t heal what you keep hidden, and you can’t build a healthy church on polished stories. We start with a personal moment that proves how easy it is to downplay a real problem, then we let 1 John 1:5–10 do what it does best: pull us into the light. John’s words are direct. If we claim fellowship with God while walking in darkness, we lie. If we confess our sins, God is faithful to forgive and cleanse. That’s not pressure to perform, it’s an invitation to be honest and finally get free.

Pastor Andrew walks through four dangers of inauthentic living: deceiving ourselves, deceiving others, making God look like a liar, and discovering that hiding gets easier over time until everything fractures. Then we flip the script to the payoff of authentic Christian community: true fellowship, real spiritual growth, and a church culture where confession is normal and grace is practiced, not just preached. You’ll also hear simple, practical steps you can take right away: reflect regularly, confess to trusted friends, share temptation early, confess quickly after failure, and speak honestly instead of vaguely.

A closing panel with Emma and Will makes it personal. They talk about fears like gossip and rejection, and they share stories of grief, conflict, and habitual sin where community didn’t crush them, it carried them. If you’ve ever wondered whether “walking in the light” is possible for you, this is a clear, hopeful place to start. Subscribe, share with a friend who needs courage, and leave a review with one takeaway you’re putting into practice this week.

  • Pursuing Relationally
    Sep 21 2026

Church can feel like a room full of people and still be lonely. We talk honestly about what it means to be a healthy church, starting with core value one: devoting ourselves to Jesus day by day, abiding in the true vine so our lives actually bear fruit. From there, we push into core value two: pursuing relationally, because following Christ was never meant to be a solo project.

We ground the conversation in Romans 12:10 and slow down to let every phrase do its work: “be kindly affectionate,” “with brotherly love,” “in honor,” and “giving preference.” We share stories and real-life examples of what honoring people looks like when they are quiet, hurting, different from us, or simply easy to overlook. We also challenge a common drift in church life: spending our best energy elsewhere while giving our forever family the leftovers of our time, attention, and care.

Then Tori (Victoria) joins us to share how one believer stepping out of her comfort zone changed everything. Her testimony brings it home: consistent invitations, everyday conversations, and small acts of obedience can become the pathway where someone first trusts a Christian and then meets Christ. We also name the lies that keep people isolated and offer simple next steps you can take today.

If this encourages you, subscribe, share the episode with a friend, and leave a review so more people find it. What’s one relationship you want to pursue more intentionally this week?

  • Devote Daily
    Sep 17 2026

You can’t build a vibrant church by filling seats if nobody is actually abiding in Christ Monday through Saturday. We start a new series on participating in the life of the church by getting brutally practical about the first core value: devoting daily. If we’re serious about following Jesus, we have to be serious about his church and serious about staying close to him.

We open John 15 and let the vine and branches image do its work. Jesus is the true vine, the Father is the vine dresser, and we are branches, dependent and not in control. From that foundation, we name the real goal of discipleship: fruit that glorifies God. Not just sermons listened to or pages read, but Spirit-grown change that looks like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Then we bring in friends with full-time jobs and full-time life. Gian talks about finding a new normal with two little kids, including carrying a single verse through the day. Victoria shares what daily devotion looks like as a working dad, using practices like a psalm a day, Bible audio, Scripture memory, and even purposeful silence to process instead of just consume. We also share practical tools like journaling to examine your day, planning ahead to protect what matters, and taking an honest look at distractions like screen time.

If you want a sustainable Christian daily devotion rhythm that leads to real fruit of the Spirit, press play, share this with a friend, and subscribe so you don’t miss the rest of the series. After you listen, what’s one small step you’re going to take this week?

  • Finding God In The Wilderness - Summer of Psalms
    Aug 31 2026

The wilderness doesn’t politely ask for your attention. It takes it and it strips you down until you’re forced to answer one question: what am I really depending on? Brian continues Summer in Psalms with Psalm 63 and starts with an unexpected picture from Survivor, where comfort disappears and true priorities surface fast. That same dynamic shows up in real life, when you feel lost, betrayed, exhausted, or spiritually dry and you can’t simply “fix” the season you’re in.

We zoom in on David’s setting for Psalm 63: Absalom’s betrayal, the humiliating flight from Jerusalem, and the fear of what comes next. Then we read the Psalm as a roadmap for surviving a wilderness season without numbing out or grasping for lesser things. Brian breaks it down into three practical, heart-level anchors: what you desire matters, what you remember matters, and who you surrender control to matters. We talk about earnest seeking as a first priority, how remembering God’s past help fuels present faith, and why God’s steadfast love can be “better than life” even when life feels unstable.

The conversation ends where real hope begins: Jesus as the one who closes the distance between God and us through the cross and the resurrection, turning separation into closeness and death into life. If you’re navigating spiritual dryness, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty, let Psalm 63 give you language and direction for your next step. Subscribe, share this with someone in a hard season, and leave a review with the line that hit you most.

  • The Lord Is My Shepherd - Summer of Psalms
    Jul 22 2026

Psalm 23 is easy to quote and harder to live, until you slow down long enough to hear what David is really saying: the Shepherd is not a concept, He’s a Person who leads, provides, corrects, and stays close. We walk line by line through the Shepherd Psalm and make it personal, emphasizing the hinge word that changes everything: “my.” When Jesus is my shepherd, “I shall not want” becomes more than optimism. It becomes a grounded promise for spiritual, emotional, and everyday needs.

We talk about green pastures as real rest, including the uncomfortable idea that God sometimes has to “make” us lie down because He sees what’s ahead. We explore still waters as renewal for anxious minds and tired bodies, then connect the image to Jesus as the water of life who satisfies the deepest thirst of the soul. From there, the conversation turns to restoration: how sin and suffering damage us, why the cross matters, and what it means to walk through the valley of the shadow of death without being ruled by fear.

We also dig into the rod and staff as protection and loving correction, the surprising table in the presence of enemies, the anointing oil of healing and calling, and the overflow of a life meant to bless others. The episode closes with a heartfelt church moment: anointing and prayer over two children, tying the Shepherd theme to intentional Christian parenting and the peace that comes from entrusting your family to God.

If this encouraged you, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs peace right now, and leave a review. Which line from Psalm 23 do you want to be true in your life today?

  • Unified Ministry - Ephesians 4:1-17
    Jun 15 2026

Unity is easy to talk about and hard to practice, especially when people are tired, busy, and carrying different stories into the same room. We open Ephesians 4 and get uncomfortably specific about what “unified ministry” actually looks like: walking worthy of our calling with humility, gentleness, long-suffering, and a real commitment to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. If you’ve ever wondered why church conflict happens so fast, or why serving together can feel complicated, this message puts language to it and points us back to the heart of Jesus.

We also trace Paul’s “therefore” back to the gospel itself, including the mystery that God opened salvation to the Gentiles. That grace is not abstract, it’s personal, and it raises a real question: do we know Christ, and are we responding to Him daily in prayer and obedience? From Paul preaching as a prisoner to modern missions in hard places, the theme keeps surfacing: the gospel is not chained, and God is worthy even when faith costs us something.

Then we dig into spiritual gifts and church leadership, not as status but as service. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers are given to equip the saints so every believer can build up the body of Christ. The goal is maturity: speaking truth in love, developing discernment, and refusing to be tossed around by every new idea and online doctrine. If you want a clearer picture of Christian unity, spiritual gifts, discipleship, and what it means for every joint to supply, press play.

If this helped you, subscribe, share it with someone you serve alongside, and leave a review so more people can find it.

    Jun 15 2026

We walk through Ephesians 4:17-24 and face the uncomfortable truth that following Jesus means leaving an old way of thinking behind. We talk about what renewal looks like in real life and why a changed life is one of the clearest ways our city can see the likeness of God.
    • why unity with God and unity with each other requires change
    • what it means to put off the old self and stop using the world’s “map”
    • how old goals like financial security can compete with Jesus’ goals
    • why renewal of the mind is ongoing and Spirit-powered
    • building familiarity with God’s ways through Scripture and the story of the church
    • acquiring a taste for God’s ways through repeated practice
    • what the “new self” looks like in everyday habits and relationships
