The word is living and active...

Hebrews 4:12 -
(12) For the word of God is alive and active.

Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

If the word of God is literally "alive and active" that means if you apply it to life's trials, then circumstance must shift, to line up with the word of God.

This journal is meant to be used as a tool to aid in the transformation of your reality; to line your life up, with the will and word of God.

Trauma is the gateway to spirituality! Oftentimes, we go through things that really traumatize us and in the process, we lose ourselves and lose our connection with God.
