Cheryl is the author of "Dare to Relate Leading with a Fierce Heart". She shares the secret ingredient to leadership which she learned from a young age living in the foothills of Appalachia in southern Ohio. As a military spouse, the daughter of a veteran, Cheryl drew upon her experiences when she became the first woman and military spouse Chairman of the VA Board of Veterans' Appeals.
