There is something so special about a woman who is willing to go before she knows exactly how it’s going to work out.

And that is Cintia Arnhoffer.

Born in Hungary, after 13 years in Denmark, Cintia found herself in Dubai at 32, freshly divorced and ready for a bigger game. She didn’t arrive with a perfectly mapped-out plan or years of experience in the industry she would eventually build her business around. She arrived willing. A little naive, perhaps, but willing to figure it out.

And figure it out she did.

Cintia began working in company setup, helping people establish businesses in Dubai. But it was her own clients who started encouraging her to move into real estate. They saw something in her, and she was willing to follow the opportunity.

That leap became the beginning of an entirely new chapter.

In our conversation, Cintia shares what it was like to leave behind the tough, traditionally masculine leadership style she had developed in Europe and discover that kindness, softness, and a more feminine approach could make her not only a better leader, but a more authentic one.

She went on to build her own real estate brokerage, creating a business model that gives brokers more freedom, flexibility, and ownership over their work.

But what I really loved about this conversation was hearing Cintia speak from the woman she is now.

There is a confidence that comes from having lived through the uncertainty, made the decisions, figured things out, and discovered what you’re capable of. Not the confidence of having everything guaranteed, but the kind that says, I can do this. And if I don’t know how yet, I’ll figure it out.

I describe Cintia as being in a “fully arrived” version of herself—and she is ready to keep going. More reps. More life. More business. More opportunities to see what she can create.

Because arriving doesn’t mean you’re done growing.

Sometimes it means you finally know yourself well enough to play a bigger game.

And Cintia is doing just that.

She is now looking to expand into the US market, starting with Florida, and is eager to connect with real estate professionals and brokerage partners who may be interested in creating opportunities together.
