How do you build a healthy staff culture that stays strong as your church grows?

In this episode of the Church Leaders Podcast, Pastor Britt and Pastor Joby Martin unpack the importance of creating clear expectations for how your team works, serves and treats one another. They share how The Church of Eleven22’s Code of Conduct has helped shape staff culture through seasons of significant growth and why culture has to go beyond simply defining your values.

From hiring people who are aligned with the mission to addressing entitlement, accountability and cultural misalignment, this conversation offers practical insight for building a team that serves with humility, honors one another and keeps Jesus at the center.

Healthy staff culture doesn’t happen overnight. It is built by clearly defining what matters, consistently modeling it and holding one another accountable along the way.
