Ok today's episode we will get a little left of center. I frame it that way because I believe we let the subject/substance of alcohol become a taboo thing that no Christian should ever use or do, or at least not do so publicly. As someone who has spent over a decade on staff at various churches, let me tell you I have seen people make mountains out of a mole hill on this issue, and that is me being generous.
The purpose of this topic is to challenge the church on how we handle and discuss alcohol within our churches, so that maybe, just maybe, we can twist the narrative in a way that allows Christians to feel more like themselves in and outside of the church.
My views may be out side the norm, and that is ok. Just keep classy y'all.
