Each of these women carried a "royal" weight, not necessarily through crowns and palaces, but through their divine calling, their resilience, and their role as the architects of a nation.

If you want to have uncommon health and impact, you must have uncommon boundaries. Since you cannot change people, you must change yourself so that their destructive patterns do not harm you! Boundaries protect closeness. Many people think if we love people, we will not set boundaries, but God shows us that even with people we love we must set boundaries.

In this passage Jesus is introducing us to a concept that is hard for many of us to understand. That concept is necessary endings! It’s the idea that some things must be ended and removed before other things can GROW! The word “ending” just scares most people! We hear the term and we just cringe! Many avoid “endings” because we fear the unknown! We have had past painful endings! We are fear loss and pain! This is why many don’t grow and why many fear growth....

The physical resurrection of Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian Faith. People have many opinions about Jesus. He was a prophet, a teacher, philosopher, etc. The only problem with that is that He claimed to be God’s own son. And claimed the proof of that would be that He would die and three days later He would rise from the dead!

This story is not about a tree! It’s about: Religion without power. Spirituality without forgiveness. Form but no fruit. God but no grace! When cursed this tree.... He did something He never did again. The cursed tree was the only miracle of destruction that Jesus ever performed. It really wasn’t about the tree! This was about the temple, for Jesus! This was a prophetic picture!
