YOU are not broken!! You just haven't understood the necessity for alignment, with energy and the animating force! Instead, you're trapped in a false, perceived reality that is NOT actually real. You made it up... We all did.... True reality is calling you which is why you're feeling uncomfortable with your habits, beliefs and patterns and you KNOW THERE IS MORE TO LIFE THAN THIS!

We live like everything we see, touch, hear, feel, taste etc (the senses) are the only things that are real...... This only represents 4% of the Universe. 96% is the animating force so we've been 'conditioned' to only see the 4%! Wake up lovely one, there is another world out there entirely..... And it's calling you!!

Life is so full of so many 'things' to think about, do, fix and create. There is a world out there expecting you to show up a certain way and you've built your life around your persona, your identity, so how are you supposed to live as this 'nothing' when everything is relying on you being the you that you've created yourself to be?

Well my love, the answer is in this podcast and I will keep talking about it until I know you've got it. Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere and I completely appreciate the complexity and challenge in applying this way of BEING. And..... The answer is actually in the question believe it or not.

This week, I share an amazing conversation I had with a dear friend and client, Justine, and how she was able to put this 'challenge' into words that makes it so simple to see and begin shifting. 'Life' (aka Consciousness) is not as concerned about what you DO, but WHO you are. Your vibrational frequency is not altered by what you do, or want... It's altered by who you are.... The answers are all around you!!!
