Welcome to this guided breathwork. I am super excited about putting this one out here. I went into the studio to record a short meditation and it turned into this whole thing. I have never recorded myself playing my sound instruments before or mixed the sound with my voice and breath. I ended up using six tracks - I could work on the sound level more - but for a first round, I am happy with it. SO... this is an experiment for me ... and you!
I hope you receive something helpful from this experience.
I am creating ... something new. What about you?
