The Nuggets opened their 2026 NBA Playoffs first round with a 116-105 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. After a sleepy first quarter for the Nuggets they came roaring back behind Jamal Murray and the efforts of Bruce Brown. In the second half Nikola Jokic played takeover and the Nuggets prevented the wolves from taking the lead. On to game two.
