This week we talk to Key President Jason Henry. He tells us about the upcoming Big Fix project that MDOT has announced. He tells us how the project came about and what part Key will play in this fast-paced project.

In 1973 Charles Webster started a company of Key People. No fluff. He built a company around the ideas of Hard Work, Dependability, Good Attitudes, and Being a Team Player. For over 50 years Charles, followed by his son, Rick, built Key Constructors into a company with a reputation of getting it done because of the people on the team. Now the torch has been passed….to us. Key Constructors is under new management! Thanks to Rick and his desire to take care of the Key People, Key Constructors is now an ESOP. Listen as Rick tells us about this new change.

Beau Graves has made a significant impact at Key Constructors with his extensive knowledge and willingness to teach others. Having been with Key for over 30 years, Beau has experienced a lot and is eager to share his story with you. He sets the standard for our #BlackLabelBridgeBuilders!

We are now available in audio or video format! It's an exciting time as we move to the next phase of the Built Different pod. Just in time for the summer busy season. Listen as we discuss hiring, how many interns it takes to produce a podcast, job updates, and ice cream.

On this episode, we completely forget to mention the name of the podcast, talk through some annual training and recruiting events, and set the stage for the future of Key.

On this episode we discuss what's happening with recruiting, talk about what it's like getting started at Key, and discover that some socks are hidden recipes.

Welcome to the show! Today we start with who we are and where we are going.
