    This week we have a FULL debrief from Ironman Lanzarote, burned feet and all. We run you through the race right up until the floor turned to lava and Steph ended in the medical tent.


    DNF's aren't easy and we've had a run of them, so we'll be working through the processing of and moving on from disappointing race "finishes" over the next few episodes

    Race week is finally here for many of us… so let’s talk tapering.

    In this episode of Buck the Trend, we run through the do’s and don’ts of tapering so you don’t end up overthinking it (or overdoing it) in the final days. We chat about how to ease off training without feeling flat, what’s actually worth focusing on, and the common mistakes people make right before race day.
