February 15, 2026 Dreaming of Deliverance Exodus 3:1 (NIV) Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. Exodus 3:2 (NIV) There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. Exodus 3:3 (NIV) So Moses thought, "I will go over and see this strange sight--why the bush does not burn up." Exodus 3:4 (NIV) When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, "Moses! Moses!" And Moses said, "Here I am." Exodus 3:5 (NIV) "Do not come any closer," God said. "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." Exodus 3:6 (NIV) Then he said, "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob." At this, Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God. Exodus 3:7 (NIV) The Lord said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. Exodus 3:8 (NIV) So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey--the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. Exodus 3:9 (NIV) And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them. Exodus 3:10 (NIV) So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt." Exodus 3:11 (NIV) But Moses said to God, "Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?" Acts 7:20 (NIV) "At that time Moses was born, and he was no ordinary child. For three months he was cared for by his family. Acts 7:21 (NIV) When he was placed outside, Pharaoh's daughter took him and brought him up as her own son. Acts 7:22 (NIV) Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action. Acts 7:23 (NIV) "When Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his own people, the Israelites. Acts 7:24 (NIV) He saw one of them being mistreated by an Egyptian, so he went to his defense and avenged him by killing the Egyptian. Acts 7:25 (NIV) Moses thought that his own people would realize that God was using him to rescue them, but they did not. Acts 7:26 (NIV) The next day Moses came upon two Israelites who were fighting. He tried to reconcile them by saying, ‘Men, you are brothers; why do you want to hurt each other?' Acts 7:27 (NIV) "But the man who was mistreating the other pushed Moses aside and said, ‘Who made you ruler and judge over us? Acts 7:28 (NIV) Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?' Acts 7:29 (NIV) When Moses heard this, he fled to Midian, where he settled as a foreigner and had two sons. Acts 7:30 (NIV) "After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to Moses in the flames of a burning bush in the desert near Mount Sinai. Embrace the Ordinary Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. Exodus 3:1 (NIV) Encounter the Extaordinary When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, "Moses! Moses!" And Moses said, "Here I am." Exodus 3:4 (NIV) Expect the Miraclous from God 20So I will stretch out my hand and strike the Egyptians with all the wonders that I will perform among them. After that, he will let you go. Exodus 3:20-21 (NIV) Expect the Miraclous from God 21"And I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed toward this people, so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed. Exodus 3:20-21 (NIV) Exodus 3:13-14 (KJV) And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them? Exodus 3:13-14 (KJV) And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. Acts 7:36 (NIV) He led them out of Egypt and performed wonders and signs in Egypt, at the Red Sea and for forty years in the wilderness. ★ Support this podcast ★

    From Dream to Destiny

    Genesis 37:5-6 (NIV)

Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. He said to them, "Listen to this dream I had:

    Genesis 37:7 (NIV)

We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it."

    Genesis 37:8 (NIV)

His brothers said to him, "Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?" And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said.

    Genesis 37:9 (NIV)

Then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers. "Listen," he said, "I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me."

    Genesis 37:10 (NIV)

When he told his father as well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said, "What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?"

    Genesis 37:11 (NIV)

His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.

Joseph's dreams were not just visions; they were God's blueprint for his life and the lives of those around him.

    John 10:10 (NIV)

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy...

    Dream Thieves

    1. Jealousy of others... (Joseph's brothers were Jealous)
    2. False Accusations... (Potipher's wife accused him)
    3. Misplaced Hope... (Cupbearer forgot about him)
    4. Elapsed Time... (22 years before the dream became destiny)

    Destiny Revealed: Genesis 50:19-21 (NIV)

But Joseph said to them, "Don't be afraid. Am I in the place of God? You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don't be afraid. I will provide for you and your children." And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them.

    Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

  • The Process of Transformation - Archie Callahan

    The Process of Transformation

    Romans 12: 1-2 (NIV)
    1. Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your true and proper worship. 2. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.

If You Change Nothing, Nothing Will Change

    1 Timothy 4:16 (NIV)
    16. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

    2 Timothy 4: 3 (NIV)
    3. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

    Jesus is unchanging: (Hebrews 13:8)

Jesus who is unchanging is constantly changing us: (2 Corinthians 5:17)

As we follow Jesus we're in a constant state of transformation. Daily we are becoming more Christlike.

    Jesus transforms us through:

    1. Information (The importance of God's word in the life of the believer)
    2. Illumination (Holy Spirit illuminates God's word)
    3. Revelation (Revealed truth)
    4. Transformation (Truth sets us free because it renews our mind. It changes the way we think)

CONCLUSION: Transformation is possible when you follow Jesus and allow him to be the Lord of your life.
