    Guess what friends?! I won the Iron Angels Division and placed 3rd in the Masters 35+ Division at my bodybuilding show in Las Vegas!! Such a wonderful experience and I am grateful to everyone who showed their support.And with that, I tip my hat to the City of Sin and have moved on to the lovely Salt Lake City. Join me in this catch-up podcast as I relive the past two years in Vegas while reflecting on recent events and processing my internal baggage by way of one of my favorite Buddhist practices.
