Jacque Debose, founder of Mixx Consulting, joins Bernie Radio 103.9 FM to talk about his passion for helping nonprofits and small businesses in the Texas Hill Country. From his Navy service and nonprofit board work to launching Disrupt HR San Antonio — a rapid-fire, high-energy speaker event on November 12th — Jacque shares how he's spent a lifetime giving back to the Boerne community. The conversation covers grant writing for Teen Lifeline Collective, fundraising wisdom from his James Avery donor relationships, branding work for local wineries, and the personal story behind the name "Mixx."
