  • Episode #10: Living with Just Enough Structure: Health, Habits & Self-Reflection
    Jul 26 2026

How Much structure do we really need to live a healthy, meaningful life?

In this episode of Body, Mind, and Tao I reflect on the balance between planning and presence. Using personal experiences with notebooks, apps, and simplifying everyday life, I explore how structure can be a valuable tool but also how too much of it can sometimes pull us away from our own intuition.

    Together we'll explore:

-finding balance between structure and flexibility

-when healthy apps are helpful and when they become overwhelming

-using simple observations instead of self-judgment

-seeing setbacks as information rather than failure

-learning to trust your own awareness

-what nature can teach us about balance, adaptability, and resilience

This episode isn't about technology or abandoning routines. It's about becoming more intentional, asking better questions, and discovering what truly supports your well-being.

If you enjoy thoughtful conversations about nutrition, nature, wellness, and living in harmony with life's rhythms, i'd love to have you join me on the journey.

Over the past year, I've spent countless hours walking local trails, observing nature, listening to my body, and learning what it means to live with greater awareness and intention.

In this special one-year reflection episode, I look back on some of the most meaningful lessons i've learned about health, healing, self-care, boundaries, personal growth, and the wisdom that comes from slowing down and paying attention.

From connecting more deeply with nature to learning how to better express myself, trust my instincts, and honor my body's needs, this journey has been filed with chanllenges, surprises, and moments of profound insight.

Join me as I reflect on a year of growth and share some of the lessons that continue to shape my path forward.

  • Episode #8: Why Emotions Can Surface at The "Wrong" Time
    May 3 2026

Have you ever had emotions come up at a time that didn't seem to match what you expected?

In this episode, I share a recent personal experience where gentle somatic movement brought up a wave of sadness and grief during a season when we typically associate more outward energy and expansion.

This led me to reflect on something important: Our emotional cycles don't always align perfectly with the natural seasons.

Sometimes we move through difficult experiences, stress, disruption, or even trauma and we don't fully process them in the moment. Instead, we hold them and they surface later, when the body finally feels safe enough to release.

    In this episode, I explore:

-Why emotions can surface "out of season"

-How life events can interrupt natural emotional rhythms

-The role of somatic movement in emotional release.

-How staying connected to seasonal living can still support healing even when timing isn't perfect.

This is an invitation to approach your body and your emotions with more and less rigidity, and to allow your own timing to unfold naturally.
