Hello and Welcome to a Brand New Podcast featuring Rob and Andy called They'll Love Me When I'm Dead - a reference to the nature of franchise films, the subject matter of this new pod.
I won't go too deep into the reeds about how this podcast works, as it's discussed in the podcast but in essence there will be 6 free episodes and 6 paid for episodes a year. This first one is a freebie for both the Patreon feed and the uncut podcast feed. Whichever one you are seeing this on, please subscribe to the other.
THE GEEK SHOW'S PATREON IS HERE
In this first episode we discuss the Blade movies, how pivotal they are to us and individuals and to Marvel as a company, plus there frankly bonkers internal mythology. Just how many times does Whistler need to be killed for it to stick? And we finish by talking about how underutilised the character of Blade is.
Plenty more is coming soon from They'll Love Me When I'm Dead, so, thank you for checking out this first episode.
