Reuploaded from our Youtube ChannelIt's important to expose students early!

In this short recap, I share my experience attending a powerful Black History Month celebration and HBCU Fair at a local school. From talented 5th graders to high school students showcasing incredible dances, songs, spoken word, and more! The energy was inspiring!

I also walked through the HBCU fair booths and spoke with representatives from several Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Seeing young Black and Brown students get that early exposure to higher education possibilities really hit home. The earlier we plant these seeds, the more futures we can help shape.

I even did a little networking for the podcast and our growing Facebook community. If you're passionate about HBCUs, education equity, or supporting the next generation, come join us!

Watch till the end for my biggest takeaways and why events like this matter so much.
