I spoke with the mother daughter pair Lisa and Ella Hough about how to raise kids. Ever since I've had Ella on my podcast, I've been impressed with the level of independence she has and the agency she displays in doing things that require courage, industry and significant skill. So naturally, I wanted to talk with her mom about how she managed to raise her. The conversation was enlightening and hopefully practical for those of you that are in the process of raising kids.
