Two leaders work together to bring perspective and insight in hopes to advance the lives of future generations.


Parker is in the beginning of his thirties who detoured from the traditional college route joining the Marines 1 month after graduating high school, taking 7.5 years to receive his Bachelor's degree, and currently experiencing the new life of marriage and home ownership.


Tanner is a sports enthusiast in his mid-twenties, settling into his first time career leading over 150 employees all while enjoying the chaos of adulthood and his love for Taco Bell.


Both work for Bearfoot, a lifeguarding company located in DFW and Houston. Both love helping others in any way possible. Big Bear Theory is the future of their outreach to help others both inside and outside the company.
