দেখতে দেখতে ভুবনডাঙা পডকাস্ট আজ সপ্তম পর্বে। এই পর্বে আমরা কথা বলছি মরশুমি খাবার নিয়ে। মানে, বিশ্বায়িত এই দুনিয়ার এপার থেকে ওপারে যখন খাবার জিনিস চলেছে ক্রমাগত ট্রাকে, জাহাজে, প্লেনে চেপে, যখন শীতের খাবার গরমে খাওয়াটাই ফ্যাশন, অথচ যখন তার জন্য অপরিমিত খনিজ তেল ও জল ব্যবহার হচ্ছে ও প্রচুর দূষণ তৈরি হচ্ছে, তখন শুধুমাত্র আমাদের খাবারের থালায় কিছু ছোট ছোট পরিবর্তন পরিবেশের ক্ষতি অনেক কমিয়ে আনতে পারে। কিভাবে মরশুমি খাবার খুঁজে নেবো, কাকে মরশুমি বলবো, কেনই বা মরশুমি খাবার খাবো, এই সব খবর নিয়ে আমরা আসছি এই পর্বে। ছোট খামারের গ্রীষ্মের মেনু, দেশজ খাবারের মরশুমি তালিকা, এইসব জানতে হলে কান পাতুন এই পর্বে।
Bhubondanga episode seven focuses on the importance of having seasonal food. When a certain food is transported from one part of the world to the other end, or when we find our favourite fruits and vegetables, be it seasonal or not, on our plates throughout the year, we forget to notice the amount of oil and water that have been used for this.
