This week is a little different than what we normally give in the podcast. We look back on 2022 and some of the changes that took place this year. Then we take some time to look forward to 2023 and what goals we have for Beyond the Water as a whole. And we hint at another personal project that we have bee working on. 

This a continuation of the series on Christmas when this week we look at the shepherds and what role they played in the Christmas story, but more importantly what role they play in our lives today. I think everyone knows the Christmas story from Luke 2, but how often do we think about the others that were there on that day? I know for me, not as often as I probably should have and so, that is exactly what we've decided to do. During the next couple weeks of the Christmas season, we are going to explore the different people that were also there during the Christmas story. This week, we talk about the three wise men.
