  • Wednesday Wrap-Up: What does it really mean to follow Jesus?
    Oct 21 2026

In this episode of Wednesday Wrap-Up, we're revisiting Mark 8:34-38 and unpacking Jesus' challenging call to discipleship. Jesus doesn't just invite us to believe in Him; He calls us to a life of surrender, sacrifice, and wholehearted commitment.

We'll explore three powerful truths from this passage of Scripture: Jesus calls everyone, He calls us out of self-rule, and He calls us into costly following. Following Jesus means laying down our desire to be in control, denying ourselves, taking up our cross, and trusting Him with our whole lives.

The invitation is open to everyone, but the path of discipleship will cost us something. The question is, are we willing to surrender what we want in order to follow the One who gave everything for us?

Join us as we wrap up this week's sermon and reflect on what it truly means to follow Jesus; not just in words, but in the way we live every day.

  • Monday Mess: World Famous
    Oct 19 2026

What do we do when God calls us forward, but He doesn't give us the full picture?

In Hebrews 11:8-10, we find Abraham stepping into the unknown, not because he had all the answers, but because he trusted the One who called him. He left what was familiar without knowing exactly where he was going, choosing obedience over comfort and faith over the need for certainty.

And that's where faith gets real.

Faith under pressure isn't recklessness, and it doesn't mean having everything figured out. It's learning to trust the Mapmaker instead of the map. It's believing that even when the next step feels uncertain, the One leading us is faithful.

In this episode of Monday Mess, we explore what Abraham's journey teaches us about following God when life feels messy, the future feels unclear, and the pressure to have it all together is overwhelming.

Because sometimes God doesn't give us the whole plan. He simply asks us to trust Him enough to take the next step.

We don't need to know the entire route when we know the One who leads the way.

  • Wednesday Wrap-Up:Known, Loved, and Called Forward
    Oct 14 2026

Following Jesus means being willing to let Him speak into our lives, even when the truth challenges our assumptions, corrects our direction, or calls us beyond our comfort zones. In Mark 8:27-33, we see that accountability is not about shame or condemnation; it's about growing in our relationship with Jesus.

This Wednesday Wrap-Up, we're reminded of three powerful truths: We are KNOWN. We are LOVED. We are CALLED FORWARD. Jesus knows who we are, loves us enough to correct us, and refuses to leave us where we are. When we embrace His correction and trust His direction, we make room for spiritual growth and deeper discipleship.

As you wrap up your Wednesday, ask yourself: "Am I allowing Jesus to challenge my thinking, correct my heart, and lead me forward?"

Remember, accountability isn't about being perfect; it's about being willing to let Jesus keep transforming you into who He has called you to be.
