So, this was our first test run of the new studio! What an amazing opportunity and ability to grow! Hope you enjoy.

So Today was the BIG day. A FULL Marathon, 26.2 miles. Total milage as of the end of today was 48.6. In just 4 days. Amazing, difficult, reward and of course, blessed to be able to perform and have a body God still allows to move! Enjoy the closer to the mini series! (Spoiler alert: WE MADE IT!!)

Today was a very long distance, 13.1 miles. It is both a mental and physical challenge, on all fronts! But we made it. One more day/race to go!!

Today was the 10K. So 6.2 miles. It was an amazing course, lots of fun and amazing amazing exertion of energy. God truly designed the human bodies in such a beautiful way!

Today was raw first day of racing. We did the 5K today and talked about running and even a little conflict management between us!

Sometimes God uses the smallest things as detours, to implement change in places and spaces we never know or see (Life's Owls). And many times, in moments of conflict, resolution is a delayed state. But we have to keep moving, keep trying and keep trusting!
