We break down the massive shock Virgil gets when he discovers his sister Sharon's new musician boyfriend, "Stringer," is actually his escaped prison nemesis, Rubberband Man. Things go from awkward to dangerous real quick when Rubberband Man tries to figure out Static's secret identity while living right under Virgil's roof! We also discuss the animated debuts of the iconic Bang Baby bounty-hunting duo, Puff and Onyx, and how this episode masterfully balances superhero action with complex family dynamics.
