Josiah is my old friend and fellow fitness enthusiast. We first met while working as lifeguards for after school swim lessons when I was in high school and have spent many years lifting and bodybuilding together. Over this past summer we were able to do a podcast and talk about why his parents started homeschooling him after 3rd grade and what that experience was like.
