Today on Behind the Bloom - RJ and I are discussing why Flowers are so very important in the Grief Process, and why they are essential for everyone that experiences grief. I want to share a personal story - and how it evolved - and how the “In Lieu of Flowers” concept is detrimental to our own self healing, health and wellness when it comes to grieving. This is a challenging topic - we’ll share the proven research about flowers and their function in the grief process.
