  • Bridging the gap between what people say and what they do
    Aug 4 2021

Listen to our recorded webinar featuring Will Hanmer-Lloyd, Head of Strategy at behave and Steve Brunt, Planning Director at The Behaviours Agency to find out how you can use behavioural science to effectively understand and influence consumers.

  • Building habits for brands
    May 11 2021

45% of consumer decisions are made as a result of habits.

It is therefore no surprise that habits can also explain why half of new products/services fail. When new behaviours are not adopted, the problem often lies not in a lack of awareness or knowledge in the consumer, or even a lack of intention to use, but in the failure to change existing habits or adopt new ones.

Listen to our head of behavioural planning & strategy, Will Hanmer-Lloyd discuss the importance of forming habits in consumer behaviour and the strategies needed to steer people to build new habits.
