Before the Cure is about what happens before the breakthrough. Award-winning documentary filmmaker Timothy Wheeler and biotech leader David Tsai sit down with founders, scientists, physicians, advocates, patients, and families who are changing medicine, and whose experiences have something to teach all of us. Timothy has spent 20 years documenting people pursuing things they believed mattered long before anyone knew whether they would succeed. David has spent his career inside biotech and pharma, helping navigate the complicated path from promising ideas to real-world impact.
