Roshan embarked on his writing journey nearly three years ago, diving into book writing, blogging, and podcasting with a focus on understanding emotions and their impact on our behaviors and habits. His personal experience with anxiety four years ago served as a catalyst for his exploration into human vulnerability and how these vulnerabilities can be transformed into strengths.
