Brentford overwhelmed Southampton with a 5-0 win, while Brighton & Hove Albion and Arsenal settled for a 1-1 draw. Fulham and Ipswich Town also ended 2-2, and Nottingham Forest triumphed 3-0 over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
