  • Perfectionism to FLOW + the immediate relief from stuckness

    In this episode, I’m sharing my personal shift from over-preparing, overthinking, and perfectionism… to choosing flow, intuition, and messy inspired action instead.

    I talk about how perfectionism can actually be rooted in fear of overwhelm (not just fear of judgment), and how trying to make things “overwhelm-proof” kept me stuck way longer than necessary.

    I also share how I've been uncovering and rewiring my subconscious limiting beliefs around overwhelm and perfectionism that were keeping me in a loop of preparation instead of creation.

    I talk about:

    • why perfectionism feels “safe” to the subconscious mind

    • how flow can feel unpredictable and scary but actually creates clarity + momentum

    • the difference between forced action vs. inspired action

    • how small, messy steps can reprogram your mind to feel safe as you move towards your goals

    Most popular wellness advice has been based on studies done primarily on men- whose bodies naturally follow a 24-hour biological rhythm. Their hormones rise and fall predictably from morning to night, and that same rhythm resets each day.

    Women, on the other hand, operate on a ~ 28-day hormonal cycle that can be broken into 4 different phases, each with unique hormonal shifts, energy patterns, and needs.

    That means the best ways to eat, exercise, work, socialize- and pretty much do anything- changes throughout the month depending on where we are in our cycle.

    At first, this may seem like a burden, but I’m here to show you that it's actually an incredible gift.

    When we honor each phase of our cycle, it’s like unlocking hidden superpowers that we might otherwise miss out on.
