In this episode, we sit down with Hai Luong, a spine doctor from Sacramento who knows what it means to "Be The Energy". Hai is no stranger to adversity, escaping a hostile Vietnam with his family as a child, finding a home in a new country, pursuing a rigorous medical specialty, and much more.
But it was through these challenges that Hai was able to discover the power of community and how the people around him could be a strong "safety net" in times of trouble. He found that taking the time to reconnect with himself and his community was always the key he needed to "grow his roots" and stay grounded in his endeavors.
Now he shares some of these wisdom gems with us in hopes that we can, in turn, become the best versions of ourselves for ourselves and those around us.
