A proposito di questo titolo

This is NOT your 'BIPOLAR' Podcast!

This is a podcast where we talk about success, stories, mental health, self development and ALL the opposites!

You do not have to be bipolar to get something from these conversations.
I am bipolar and have lived through it, but these conversations can help YOU!

I focus on daily success strategies, belief systems, gratitude, goals and who YOU want to be.

This is about taking ownership of your life in MANY different facets.

If you want strategies on how to succeed, you want to stop playing the victim and take full control (over what we can control) in your life, this is the podcast for you.

I want you to refocus your energy on your best next step.

Ask these questions:
Who do I want to be?
What do I want to bring to the table that is my life?
What is the current trauma or issue I need to get through in order to find that person?
What is my BEST next step?

We talk about healing, trauma, challenges of life, conflict and SO MUCH more!

In a world of having problems, let’s be solution focused.

If you are searching for a real talk podcast with some language, this is your spot.

Let's be ballin... with a side of Bipolar.
Can't wait for you to listen!

  • E114 - WE ALL HAVE TWO ROADS WE CAN GO DOWN - WHICH ONE WILL YOU CHOOSE?
    Jan 21 2026

Recently, I had a conversation with my 10-year-old nephew that stopped me in my tracks — because it wasn’t just a lesson for him, it was a reminder for all of us.

I told him there are two roads he can go down in life:

    • One where he focuses on everything he can’t do — the problems, the trauma, the obstacles
    • And another where he focuses on what he can do — the opportunities, the solutions, and the choices still available to him

This episode is a conversation about choice.
About how trauma, hardship, and pain are real — but they don’t get to decide our future unless we let them.

    We talk about:

    • How early experiences shape our thinking
    • The difference between acknowledging problems and becoming trapped by them
    • Learning to quiet the mind when it spirals
    • Why focusing on solutions doesn’t erase trauma — it gives us power

No matter your age, background, or story, we all reach moments where we have to choose which road we’ll walk. This episode is a reminder that while we can’t control everything that happens to us, we can choose how we move forward.

  • E113 - WHAT DOORS DO YOU NEED TO CLOSE TO OPEN NEW ONES?
    Jan 14 2026

Sometimes the hardest part of growth isn’t starting something new — it’s letting go of what no longer fits.

In this episode, I’m talking about why 2025 was never meant to be about expansion first — it was about building the foundation. And for that foundation to be solid, I had to make difficult choices… including losing relationships I had outgrown.

    We dive into:

    • What it really feels like to lose friends you once thought would always be in your life

    • Why outgrowing people doesn’t make you cold — it makes you honest

    • How saying goodbye can be an act of self-respect, not rejection

    • Why being emotionally closed off might be a sign you’re opening doors for the wrong people

This is a reminder that not every closed door is a failure — some are protection. And sometimes the space left behind is exactly what you need to welcome the right people, opportunities, and version of yourself.

If you’ve been grieving relationships, questioning your circle, or wondering why growth feels lonely… this episode is for you.

  • E112 - NO MORE RESOLUTIONS (Part 2): How to Actually Hit Your Goals This Year
    Jan 7 2026

    Resolutions fade — systems don’t.

In Part 2 of the NO RESOLUTIONS series, we break down how to actually accomplish your goals this year by ditching the vague “new year, new me” mindset and replacing it with clear, actionable structure.

Instead of setting giant year-long resolutions that fall apart by February, this episode teaches you how to:

✨ Build quarterly goals that keep you focused
✨ Create a clear vision with achievable action steps
✨ Work on one goal at a time so you stop overwhelming yourself
✨ Separate output goals (things you control) from outcome goals (things you don’t)
✨ Use “pebble stones” — small steps — to bring every vision to life

You’ll hear Phylecia break down her own Q1 goal of growing her speaking business, and how she’s focusing on the part she can control:
blocking the time, building the list, and making the calls.

Because if you don’t break your goals into steps, they’ll stay visions forever.
This episode will show you how to finally build momentum — quarter by quarter, week by week — and actually follow through this time.

Ask yourself these 3 questions to accomplish goals daily -

    * What do I need to block time for?

    * What habit do I need to take AWAY?

    * What habit do I need to put INTO place?
