Today we will be conversing with one of my favorite loved ones, Mr. Freddie Roberts. Freddie is a 42yr old native of Palatka, FL, - he currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA where he leads the Merchandising Project Management team at the corporate office of Dollar Tree | Family Dollar, Inc. Freddie is also the Co-Founder of the Black Advocate Alliance, an (Associate Resource Group) under the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion office at Dollar Tree - representing the voices of more than 200,000 associates and Inspiring Belonging. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of the Florida State University with a BS in Business Administration and he's a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of career experiences, spanning across various industries - from his time serving with the Florida Dept. of Health, to his 10 year tenure as an Account Mgr. in Talent Acquisition at the Coporate of Randstad USA (2nd largest staffing firm in the US), to his transition into Corporate Retail the past 6yrs, where he also served as the Chief of Staff to within Operations at the Corporate of Save-A-Lot Food Stores in St. Louis, MO In addition, Freddie is the proud Owner & Principal Designer of Stylemark Design Loft, Inc., where he's operated in this creative flow the past 10 years. Where he inspires his client to create an atmosphere that speaks to their style in life - by creating a Timeless design with grace and distinction. His personal creed in life is to always fight for what is right and never be afraid to denounce and criticize that which is wrong.
