A proposito di questo titolo
How have you mixed family and business? Whether it is with a family company, hiring family members, or just letting them give their two cents on your career, mixing family and business can be tricky.
My guest today is the inspirational Rick Starr. Rick is a serial entrepreneur and family business owner. He started working at 13 years old and hasn't stopped creating and disrupting everything he touches. After losing everything and putting his family in millions of dollars in debt, Rick climbed out of despair by deconstructing his failures and reframing his life's work. 18 months later he had created 7 new companies and had someone pay him to take $18 million dollars of income-producing properties off their hands. He lives in Florida with his wife and three young kids, and is grateful for every day on this planet.
In this episode, Rick and I talk about his career background, how he recovered from millions of dollars of debt, and how he is managing his 7 businesses now.
