Veggie Pizza Recipe:
2 cans of crescent rolls
1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
3 cups chopped vegetables (like cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet pressing the seams together. Bake for 10-15 minutes until light brown and cooked through. Let cool.
Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and dill weed. Spread over cooled crust and top with veggies. Cut into squares and refrigerate any leftovers (but if you make it right, there won't be any leftovers).
