Jim and Owen discuss the upcoming game between Josh Allen and Jared Goff. Can the Buffalo Bills find the answers to the Rams offensive machine? #BILLS #BillsMafia #BuffaloBills #BillsNation #BillsNews #JoshAllen #dailynews Monday Night Football pits two recent MVP quarterbacks against each other when the Buffalo Bills (3-1) visit the Los Angeles Rams (2-2) at SoFi Stadium. Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford headline a prime-time measuring stick between teams with Super Bowl ambitions, with Los Angeles favored by roughly a field goal in a game projected to clear the mid-50s. Buffalo arrives looking to steady an offense that has slipped out of rhythm the past two weeks. After an early surge, the Bills managed only modest production against the Chargers and Patriots, and the loss in New England dropped them a step behind in the AFC East race. Coordinator Joe Brady still has one of the league’s most efficient scoring attacks—nearly three points per drive—and wants Dalton Kincaid more involved alongside James Cook, DJ Moore, and an emerging Keon Coleman. Cook has been explosive, ranking among the league leaders in yards per carry and explosive runs. Allen remains an MVP-level dual threat, capable of taking over with his arm or his legs when the script breaks. The question is whether Buffalo can string positive plays together against a Rams defense that ranks near the top of the league in yards allowed. Los Angeles is coming off a comeback win over the Eagles that offered a glimpse of what Sean McVay’s group can be after an uneven start. Stafford struggled at times in that game, but Puka Nacua’s return gives the passing attack its preferred centerpiece next to Davante Adams. Kyren Williams has also become a major receiving threat out of the backfield, and Tyler Higbee remains a reliable option in the heavy personnel sets both clubs favor. The Rams lead the league in 13-personnel snaps; the Bills rank second. That shared preference for multiple tight ends could shape the trenches all night. Defensively, the matchup hinges on pressure and coverage working together. Buffalo’s Jim Leonhard needs the front to affect Stafford, who has been vulnerable when hurried, while covering Adams and Nacua. Ed Oliver and Christian Benford are among the Bills’ injury questions. For the Rams, Byron Young has stepped up as a primary edge threat, and Aaron Donald is hopeful of returning to join Kobie Turner up front. If that line disrupts Allen’s timing, Los Angeles can control the night. Both sides need the result. A Rams loss would drop them under .500 in a tough NFC West; another Bills defeat would widen the early gap in the AFC East. Expect a tight, high-scoring affair decided by who protects the ball and who makes the last explosive play. #BillsMafia #GoBills #RamsHouse #NFL #MNF #JoshAllen #MatthewStafford #JamesCook #PukaNacua #DavanteAdams ______________________________________________ https://overreactionbuffalo.com Follow us on Twitter: https:// twitter.com/OverreactionBuf Follow us on IG: https://Instagram.com/OverreactionBuf Follow us on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@OverreactionBuf Follow Joe Miller on Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/@joemillerwired Watch Joe on the Overreaction Postgame Show, Off Tackle with John Fina and Hump Day Hotline (Homage affiliate link https://homage.sjv.io/AWLzQo) Follow Jerry Ostroski on Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/@Ostroski_BigO Watch Jerry on the BIG O Show, Overreaction Postgame Show, and On the Beat Follow John Fina on Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/@JohnFina Watch John on the Off Tackle with John Fina Show and the Overreaction Postgame Show Find all the Overreaction Buffalo Sports web content at https://overreactionbuffalo.com and https://linktr.ee/OverreactionBuffalo Overreaction Discord Community- https://discord.gg/mHsCMqf8 Be sure to subscribe to stay up to date on all of the Overreaction Buffalo shows!
