    Audree wakes up from a vivid dream with an overwhelming longing to be with her godson, a child she has a deep energetic connection to going back before his birth. Michael reads the energy from a still place and says it feels like spending a week with him. Audree's system says it feels like forever. She raises her voice. He catches it without reaction. She stops, goes inside, and finds the ego running a full narrative: Michael is controlling you, he's blocking you, be careful of him. She sees through it. What's actually there is a wound that traces back through lifetime after lifetime of separation, all the way to the original moment Source Consciousness individuated. The pain dissolves live on mic.


    From there, Audree shares two stories from before she met Michael: a drunk guy on a New York street whose mind went blank when their eyes locked, and a mover who had his heart burst open on the drive home after quoting her move. Both mistook the energetic connection for sexual attraction. The pattern is always the same: high frequency transmission gets confused for something personal when it's actually evolutionary.


    Michael lands the thread: the subconscious runs you because you don't know it's running you. That's the only reason it has power. And the ego's trick is always the same: take something true, wrap it in lies, and loop.

    This one started as a download. Audree tuned into a high frequency transmission and information started coming in about evolutionary organizations, so Michael hit record. What came through: the difference between a growth mindset and an evolutionary mindset, why internal learning is the prerequisite for external learning, and why the only ingredient any executive needs is the willingness to look at themselves.


    Michael traces why every transformation program fails (the known solutions work, leadership just won't use them), why AI adoption bottlenecks at the same place everything else does, and why hierarchy isn't the problem when it's held by leaders operating in coherence. The most practical proof point: if your leadership creates the strategic plan behind closed doors and announces it without listening, the egoic consciousness is locked in place.


    Plant medicine enters through Audree's full history: LSD, mushrooms, a week on San Pedro at a sacred site in Peru, Cambo ceremonies in Sedona, and the Ayahuasca Temple and the night that put her in her ex-husband's body and cracked her heart open. It helped. It didn't finish the job. She was still processing that relationship ten years later. The position is clear: plant medicine gives you awareness in one experience but not the daily self-mastery that actually changes your life.


    The thread connecting all of it: there is no shortcut past the ego. Not more controls, not AI, not plant medicine. The work is the work.

    Michael dives into research on internal audit to prepare for a conversation about the audit industry, and an insight he had over a decade ago suddenly clicks into a much bigger picture: organizations run on command and control, which creates fear, so they add regulatory controls. When those don't work, they add internal audit as a third layer of control on the controls. And when that fails, the question is always the same: how do we add more controls? He traces it through a story from his telco days where an auditor openly admitted the whole thing made no sense, and through a client whose internal auditors sat in every standup meeting and blocked every attempt at new ways of working. Gas and brake at the same time.


    From there, Audree pushes back on Michael's stance that he only wants to work with leadership. Her position: you don't need your organization's permission to evolve. Psychological safety can't be given to you by your boss. How you show up is what you control, and that changes everything around you. They land on a live realization that their business course gives leaders the tactics, yet its their L1 Awakening that gives leaders the consciousness shift to actually use them. Midway through, Michael's frustration about corporate dysfunction leaks out on mic. Audree catches it. He processes it in about 30 seconds. They debrief it in real time.
