Remembering that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by and intentional creator is so important. Knowing that with each breath you breathe, God is saying I have intentionally and specifically created you.

Take this time to meditate on Genesis 2:7 and John 20:22 today and be reminded that your creator breathed life into you with intention and great love. You are loved!

Psalm 74, 79, 89 & 137
Sometimes life doesn't meet our expectations and we find ourselves in disappointment. We can find it so difficult to seek God with praise filled hearts when times are hard.
In Psalm 89 the Psalmist reminds us that the horn we have to lift in praise to God is the strength that He gives us. Isn't it amazing when we are in our most despaired times and we still have praise from our hearts to God and when we can't find it we can lean into Him and He is good to give us what we need.

Psalm 46:10 is our verse for reflection in this episode. Just reminding us to come and be still before God and to rest in His presence and be held by the Almighty One.
