After a combined 25 years in community pharmacy, they kept seeing the same heartbreaking pattern: patients cycling through long-term medications, chronic issues quietly worsening, and families rushed through appointments without real understanding of their options. On top of that, Dr. Sylvia spent years dealing with her own unresolved health issues that were treated only at the symptom level. Those experiences pushed her to completely rethink what true healing and prevention look like and to build an education platform focused on food, gut health, lifestyle, and thoughtful, evidence-informed use of medications and supplements.Today, they help adults, hopeful and expecting mothers, and health-conscious families move from confusion and fear to clarity and confidence around their own health decisions. Dr. Sylvia also completed Ayurvedic training at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, so together they bridge Western pharmacy with Eastern principles in a very grounded and practical way.
