This week Dave is at the table with Tom McGovern, an elder with Heartland Church, a state representative with Christians United for Israel (CUFI), a board member of Iowans Supporting Israel and the state leader for Intercessors for America. Their conversation starts with a journey into Tom's back story of coming to Jesus and how he ultimately arrived at a passionate belief in Christians praying for and advocating for Israel.

Tom and his wife Kate are both elders at Heartland Church. Kate serves as the leader of Heartland's women's' ministry. Tom also leads a weekly gathering to pray specifically for Israel.
