Art is a powerful instrument for social transformation. Art is a gift that CAN bring healing to the individual with the gift, and to society as a whole. Art can therefore be a very powerful tool in therapy. If Creatives take time to sit with the art that they have created, most times it could help them SEE the things that are caught up in their subconscious. And if as a society we take time to listen, see, hear & savour art, most times it will tell us a lot about ourselves, as a people.
